Help using the website
Accudrafters aims to make its website understandable and usable for people using keyboards, screen readers, magnification, and other assistive technologies. If a page, document, or inquiry form presents a barrier, Jim can help you complete your inquiry by phone or email at no additional charge.
Contact (505) 463-7432 or [email protected]. You do not need to finish an online form before contacting Accudrafters.
Report a barrier
Please provide the page URL or document name, what you were trying to do, and the difficulty you encountered. If helpful, include your browser, device, or assistive technology. You do not need to disclose a medical diagnosis.
Accudrafters will acknowledge website accessibility reports within two business days. This is a response commitment, not a promise that every technical issue will be repaired within that period. Phone or email assistance can provide another way to complete an inquiry while an issue is reviewed.
Accessibility approach and status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 provide a reference for digital accessibility. This statement does not claim that every page, PDF, form, or third-party service has passed a complete WCAG conformance evaluation.
Automated accessibility checks alone cannot establish full accessibility. Keyboard navigation, screen-reader behavior, document accessibility, and third-party forms may require additional testing. Reports from visitors help identify barriers that need attention.
Documents and third-party forms
The site links to downloadable drawings and PDFs, Jotform inquiry services, government resources, and payment services. Accessibility can vary by document and provider, and Accudrafters does not control third-party interfaces. If a document or linked form is difficult to use, contact Jim for help with the information needed for your inquiry.
Residential accessibility design is a separate service
This statement concerns using the website. For residential mobility, adaptability, and aging-in-place design services, visit Accessibility & Aging-in-Place Home Design.
