Terms of Use
Accudrafters website terms, drawing ownership and project use, authorized reuse pricing, property-specific requirements, and external resources.
Effective October 9, 2026
Website information and project agreements
This website provides general information about Accudrafters’ residential design and drafting services, project examples, pricing, and resources. An inquiry does not establish an agreed project scope or authorize work. The signed project agreement controls services, deliverables, payment, exclusions, and project-specific terms.
Published information can change. Discuss your property, proposed scope, timelines, availability, and any urgent deadline directly with Jim. Accudrafters does its best to accommodate project needs, but does not offer a published rush-service package or guarantee an exact delivery date or jurisdiction review schedule.
Ownership and permitted project use
Accudrafters retains ownership of its drawings, models, details, and instruments of service. Upon full payment, the client receives a nonexclusive license to use and share final deliverables with contractors, consultants, and permitting authorities for the identified project and site.
Reuse, alteration, or use on another project requires written authorization. Authorized reuse on another property costs the same as the original drawing package and includes adapting the drawings to that lot’s specifics. Discuss the second property with Accudrafters before reusing a drawing package.
The ability to view or download an example from this website does not authorize construction use, modification, or reuse of that example. Permission for project deliverables comes from the applicable written agreement.
Property-specific requirements and approvals
Portfolio examples and general resources are not a determination of the requirements for your property. Drawing scope and required documents depend on the project and reviewing authority. The client or contractor submits and tracks permit applications; Accudrafters does not pull permits.
Permit issuance, engineering acceptance, HOA approval, contractor pricing, and construction outcomes remain the responsibilities or decisions of the applicable authorities and project participants. The written project agreement governs included correction work and any additional services.
Photographs, portfolio displays, and privacy
Accudrafters’ use of project photographs, drawings, renderings, and reviews is described in the Privacy Policy. A client may request removal of a published project photograph. Portfolio drawings and renderings are displayed without client names or property addresses, except that a reviewer’s name may accompany a review.
External links and payments
Links to government resources, forms, payment services, and other websites are provided for convenience. Their operators control their own information, availability, policies, and processing. Confirm current requirements with the applicable reviewing authority and confirm invoice amounts and payment arrangements with Accudrafters before sending funds.
